Returns Policy
​I stand by the products I create at MB Studio and am confident you will love your purchase too. MB Studio does not accept returns/exchanges for change of mind but will be happy to replace/refund items in the event they are received damaged/faulty. If an equivalent replacement is not available MB Studio will provide your choice of Shop Credit or Refund.

Consumer Guarantee
​As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items or services purchased from MB Studio. If you believe an item does not match the description provided or is not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a remedy under the Australian or New Zealand Consumer Law. However these consumer guarantees do not apply where the item was damaged due to prolonged/abnormal use or misuse.

Faulty Items/Damaged Items
I aim to always represent and despatch quality products and inspect all products before they are packed and pack to withstand transit.
Please open and inspect all items and packages within 48 hours of receipt where possible.
If you believe an item you have received is faulty or damaged, please notify us immediately upon receipt of the goods to allow us to resolve the matter quickly, providing your order number, name and address, photos and as many details as possible.
Claims placed for transit damages beyond 7 days after receipt (including weekends) will not be accepted.

As all items are handmade, small imperfections will occur. Due to the nature of the mediums being used, no two pieces will ever be exactly the same. Imperfections can include slight differences in size/thickness, differences in pattern, pour lines, small bubbles etc. These features are not considered defects & are part of what makes handmade pieces unique.

Incorrect Item Received
If you have received an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately, quoting your order number, name and address, details/photo of the product received and product originally ordered, and whether you are requesting a refund or replacement. We will then be in touch with how to proceed with the return of the incorrect item.
