While I make every effort to have photos be as close to the true colour as possible, different monitors & devices will display colours differently.  Please keep this in mind when shopping/ordering.

 

For listings that have multiple items available you will receive the same colourway & design but may not receive the exact item in the photo.

 

As all items are handmade, small imperfections will occur.  Due to the nature of the mediums being used, no two pieces will ever be exactly the same. Imperfections can include slight differences in size/thickness, differences in pattern, pour lines, small bubbles etc.  These features are not considered defects & are part of what makes handmade pieces unique. I take great care in making each piece as fabulous as it can be & will only ever list items I would be happy to buy myself.

 

Your pieces will need love & care.

Items with Ink elements are not dishwasher safe & should not be soaked in water. 

Wipe over with a slightly damp soft cloth when needed. Dry well.

For mugs - gentle hand wash (warm water not hot). Dry Well.

Consistent direct sunlight may cause some fading of Ink elements over time.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once shipped, I have no control over the delivery timeframe. Due to the impact of Covid most shipping & delivery services are experiencing delays.

 

MB Studio does not accept returns/exchanges for change of mind but will be happy to replace/refund items in the event they are received damaged. If an equivalent replacement is not available MB Studio will provide your choice of Shop Credit or Refund. Please contact me asap if there are any issues with your order.
