Posts & hooks are listed by my suppliers as surgical stainless steel, stainless steel or coated stainless steel. Some elements may be brass or coated brass. These elements are generally considered safe for sensitive ears however individual sensitivities vary. I've not had any reports of any wearer issues to date.

As there is only one of me & I also have a desk job, I'm not able to pack and post orders every day. I will always try to complete packing and posting as soon as is possible after you place your order but it may take up to 7 days.

I try to reduce waste and my environmental impact as much as is possible so if i receive shipments that have boxes & fill in good enough condition to reuse without effecting your order, I will do so. This may mean you receive an order with non recyclable packaging elements but better they get reused than put into landfill. Most of my new packing has been sourced to be recyclable or compostible.
